Basic provisions and purpose of processing personal data

The organization Správa informačních technologií města Plzně – příspěvková organizace, with its registered office at Dominikánská 4, 301 00 Plzeň, ID number: 66362717, registered under file number PR 65 at the registry court in Plzeň (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), processes personal data of natural persons (hereinafter referred to as "Data Subject," "User," or "Participant") in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council dated April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR"), and applicable Czech legislation, particularly Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on Personal Data Processing, as amended.

Personal data refers to all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, specifically:

• Name and surname
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Device information

This data is processed based on your consent and is necessary for user identification purposes related to reservation of spaces or registration for events.

Legal basis for processing

The Controller processes personal data only under legal bases specified in GDPR Article 6:

Categories of personal data processed: Primarily identification personal data are processed.

Storage: Personal data is processed only as long and to the extent necessary; no automated decision-making or profiling occurs.

Terms of Use

Article 1 – General provisions

The mobile application "SIT Port," available through the App Store and Google Play, is operated by Správa informačních technologií města Plzně (SITMP). Its primary functionalities include:

• Reservation of coworking spaces (call boxes)
• Event registration

User: Any legal or natural person using the application. User account: Private part of the application accessible via login credentials, allowing users to manage their reports and auto-fill contact details. Login credentials: Unique username and password combination chosen by users. Administrator: Employee designated by SITMP to manage and maintain the application.

Article 2 – User obligations

• Users may create multiple accounts.
• Users must not grant third-party sub-licenses.
• Users must ensure their devices are secure and free from malware and maintain updated antivirus software and security patches.
• Users are responsible for the legality of software on their devices.
• Users must prevent any damage resulting from their use of the application. The operator bears no liability for risks or damages incurred by the user.

Article 3 – Operator obligations

• The operator ensures maximum application availability.
• The operator processes, collects, and protects personal data in compliance with Czech law (Act No. 101/2000 Coll.).
• Communication logs may be retained as required by Czech legislation.
• The operator may transfer logs to the Czech Police if violations of laws are suspected.

Article 4 – Final provisions

The operator reserves the right to amend or issue new Terms of Use. By logging into the application, users agree to comply with these terms.
